Survive and thrive is all about the prevention

Continuing with past days, info about this terrible disease, we’re going to lay out some recommendations to protect yourself and your loved ones given by the WHO (World Health Organization). In order to learn about surveillance, let’s talk about how this virus can trigger our businesses too.

“Protection measures for everyone and everything”

Stay aware of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak, available on the WHO website and through your national and local public health authorities. Many countries around the world have seen cases of COVID-19 and several have seen outbreaks. Authorities in China and some other countries have succeeded in slowing or stopping their outbreaks. However, the situation is unpredictable so check regularly for the latest news.

In this time of crisis, it is also extremely crucial to look to your team system support, are you aware of their needs? Do you understand their issues in their homeland? Your team is a reflection of how you treat your clients, partners, and it is shown in each piece of work that they give to you. As you may know, the world crisis is not only in health aspects, it has affected the economy as well, and leave everyone scared for the future and how it will affect their jobs?

Even though we can’t predict the future of the economy, we can teach you some things that can reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some simple precautions:

  • Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

  • Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.

  • Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.

  • Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.

  • Keep up to date on the latest COVID-19 hotspots (cities or local areas where COVID-19 is spreading widely). If possible, avoid traveling to places – especially if you are an older person or have diabetes, heart or lung disease.

Companies such as Facebook, Google, and Amazon, CNN Business report it with really huge assets, are taking the responsibility of their employees, not stopping the operations, however endorsing their members giving them tools to do their work from home. This advance helps us (And surely it will help you) to see a bit of the future, we don’t need offices, and 9 am to 5 pm jobs to be successful. The main reason to have a team is to get the job done while they are safe, and it could mean building remote teams and working with freelancers and virtual assistants.

If Facebook, Amazon, and Google, great and success have a backup plan, we all need to have one; prevention will make you survive and thrive. A 2019 Harvard University study showed that remote workers are 4.4% more productive than people that have strict places to produce. We know that some kinds of jobs and some types of people need routine, but there is an increase in production; when you have a space of flexibility. So endorsing from your team to your most loyal customer could mean a rise of production against these slow days; where maybe the sales went down, and the world trading system suffered as never before.

Finally, we want to keep you safe, as a person and entrepreneur! We take care of each other and want to send you our statement of loyalty and support. Last but not least...

¡Mantenerse a salvo!
